"In the 4 years I gave done business with this office I gave found this office less than friendly. Their attitude does not give me peace of mind. It seems to be only interested in keeping my policies as expensive as possible. They tell me explanations of billing practices I had been using for years are not correct. I will be moving to another agent asap. I am not stupid, nor demented but I am treated that way. I am sick of it. Been with State Farm for well over 30 years."

Starting in October and in Texas, State Farm introduced a modernized billing system that, among other things, late and missed payments are now processed differently than our legacy system that you were used to. State Farm sent e-mails and other notices so our policy holders were aware of the recent changes. For 23 years, my agency has served the Magnolia area and beyond, and our purpose is to offer affordable insurance all with unsurpassed customer service. I do apologize if you felt that we fell short of that goal. If you want to talk more about your billing account with me, please feel free to call or e-mail me directly. "

"I’ve used State Farm Chris Burns office over 30 years. I have nothing but great things to say! We mostly deal with Erin, but Kristy has also helped us. Every email and phone call is answered in a timely manner. Erin has saved us money over the years as well."

"Called to get a quote, because we are financing a vehicle. Was told couldn't get a quote because the system shows that we don't have insurance (even tho we have liability thru remco in Tomball) Just out of curiosity, having no insurance, would be the reason to call an insurance company to GET INSURANCE?!?! Also the lady was extremely rude. She told us she didn't know what to tell us, that we should go through progressive. We SURE WILL!!!! 10/10 on the ick scale."

"Hi Tia, Eligibility decisions are made by State Farm, not my office. I understand that being told that we couldn't insure you was frustrating and maybe even rude. That's not our intention. We're here to serve and to help and that was the reason we offered the name of a competitor, because even if we couldn't insure you, we knew you needed insurance and the name of a competitor that might write it. "This location always has the most friendly and helpful staff they will go above and beyond to try and get me good service and always check in when something doesn't quite go right for whatever reason and make sure if they can fix anything for me they will. Always so nice to answer even the questions that I feel silly about asking. They feel like part of the family. One heck of a location. And one heck of service and deals.
